Disassembly and assembly

1. If the impeller is replaced or inspected, the outlet valve can be closed, the flange connecting bolt and the bottom connecting bolt can be removed, and the pump can be lifted out of the container with lifting tools.

2. Place the bottom plate vertically on the fixed support, remove all the bolts of the pump body, take out the pump cover and impeller nut, and gently tap the pump body with double hammer to remove the impeller.

3. If the flow bearing is replaced, the bottom plate will not move. As long as the motor and the corresponding bracket are removed, the pump coupling, gland and round nut are removed, and the shaft sleeve body is taken.

4. The order of assembly and disassembly is opposite. Pay attention to the concentricity of the accessories on the shaft.

6、 Installation, use and maintenance of gby concentrated sulfuric acid chemical pump

1. After the pump is assembled, rotate the coupling to see if it can rotate flexibly. Check whether there is metal friction sound and whether the nuts of each part are tightened.

2. Check the concentricity of the pump shaft and motor shaft. The difference between the left and right of the outer circle of the upper and lower coupling shall not exceed 0.1 mm, and the end face clearance of the coupling shall be kept at 1-2.5 mm.

3. The distance between the suction port of the pump and the bottom of the container is 2-3 times of the suction diameter. The distance between the pump body and the device wall should be greater than 2.5 times of the diameter.

4. The outlet pipe of the pump should be supported by another bracket, and its weight is not allowed to support on the pump.

5. Check the rotation direction of the motor to make the rotation direction of the pump conform to the indicated direction.

6. Close the gate valve on the outlet pipe and connect the cooling water pipe.
