2、 Working principle of cqb-f fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump:

The driving device adopts active magnet coupling, which is directly installed on the motor shaft, and the pump chamber is completely closed. The impeller with magnet on the pump shaft is driven indirectly by magnetic coupling, which is compact in structure, safe and energy-saving.

Although the solid and durable structure of the pump body is fluoroplastic, but the pump shell is made of metal material, so the pump body is enough to withstand the weight of the pipeline and mechanical impact.

3、 Installation and commissioning of cqb-f fluoroplastic magnetic drive pump:

（1） The magnetic pump should be installed horizontally instead of vertically, and the pump body should not bear the weight of the pipeline. For the occasion of vertical installation with special requirements, the motor must face upward.

（2） When the suction liquid level is higher than the pump center line, open the suction pipe valve before starting. If the suction liquid level is lower than the pump axis line, the pipeline should be equipped with bottom valve.

（3） The pump should be checked before use. The wind blade of the motor should rotate flexibly without jamming and abnormal sound. All fasteners should be tightened.

（4） Check whether the motor rotation direction is consistent with the magnetic pump steering mark.

（5） After the motor is started, slowly open the discharge valve and adjust the discharge valve to the required opening after the pump enters the normal working state.

（6） Before the pump stops working, the discharge valve shall be closed first, and then the power supply shall be cut off.
